Hi, I'm Debbie Sardone and I own a residential cleaning business near Dallas, Texas.  We have over 30 employees (on any given day!) and approximately 500 customers.  We've been in business over 28 years. 

I started out, much like some of you, a "trunk slammer" as some people like to call us.  I cleaned houses on my own for eight years before I decided it was time to get out of the field forever.  Yes, I was drawn back into the field a few times when unexpected crises hit, but I quickly learned that I couldn't solve problems by bouncing back and forth from the field to the office if I was ever going to turn my company into a growing, thriving business.

This was back in the day before GOOGLE, or the internet, when you couldn't find information on the cleaning industry even at the library.  There were no industry consultants for me to call on for help.  Whew, it took me 7 years, but I got to a million dollars in sales and that felt good.  No formal training, no college, and no prior business experience! it's incredible  that I got my business to where it is today.  But the exciting thing is, you can too.  I'm not special and I'm no smarter than the average "Joe" but I do know how to take a cleaning company from the trunk of a  car to the million dollar level.  Now I help other business owners take their service to to the next level.  You don't have to learn by trial and error anymore.  My proven, time-tested methods are practical, technical, and specific.  Oh, don't get me wrong, I'll inspire and motivate you too, and I'll provide you with a networking peer community, but I deliver a lot more then that to help you get to the million dollar level too.

In my "spare time" I speak and travel on behalf of my non profit foundation, Cleaning For A Reason--the most rewarding of all my business ventures.  But I also love to hold workshops and conferences for maid service owners to provide training and peer interaction.  I love helping business owners reach their goals and I look forward to helping you NOW!
